Full Time Supervisor - Little Sister Bar, 1 St. Martins Square

We are looking for a motivated, responsible and lively individual to join our team at Little Sister. Previous experience greatly advantageous, but training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a small team whilst maintaining a fun and approachable working environment in our fast-paced late-night bar, serving customers face-to-face with a friendly approach.

Job Responsibilities to Include:

- Running Shifts & Championing a small, close knit team.

- Serving a high quality, cocktail focused menu in a dynamic customer-facing environment.

- Creating and maintaining a friendly rapport with new and existing customers.

- Cash Handling & KEY-HOLDING RESPONSIBILITIES for opening and closing the venue.

- Operating an Epos system & taking payments.

- Maintaining upkeep and general cleanliness of the bar.

Job Details:

- Approximately 32 hours per week. (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

- 18+ Only

- Preferably living locally - able to work late night a must (Approximately 4am)

- Rate of pay £12.50ph (negotiable depending on training and experience)
